Adega do Vulcão

Born from the passion of a Florentine couple, Adega do Vulcão started in 2008 as a bond between them and the Azores Islands. The project later expanded to Pico Island, where ancient UNESCO heritage vineyards are planted in lava crust. The company operates on Pico and Faial islands with around 14 hectares of vines. It focuses on producing quality white wines from indigenous grapes in volcanic soils, expressing love for extreme nature and its relationship with man.
