It delivers a fantastic burst of freshness and impressive length, quite uncommon for Vinho Verde. The bright citrus notes – lemon and lime, I’d imagine – intertwine with a subtle mineral quality, as if the River Ave itself is whispering secrets into the glass. Seriously delicious with grilled fish or fresh seafood.
