Over the 20th and 21st centuries, the Symington generations have worked at Quinta do Bomfim and Quinta da Senhora da Ribeira, producing from these vineyards wines that are supremely concentrated, intense and tannic when young, while ageing brings elegance and perfume with aromas of violet and mint.
