Description

Everything began in 1918, when Manoel Domingues Poças Júnior, born amid the chaos of Porto wine, decided to launch his own business. At about 30, Manoel Poças already had some experience in the field and, together with his uncle, founded a brandy supply company for large Port wine producers. Years later the company set its headquarters in Vila Nova de Gaia, where it has remained to this day. The entire Poças family shared their passion for wine, blending respect for tradition with an open mind to the innovations brought by new generations. Today, with three estates in the finest locations of the Douro Demarcated Region, Poças maintains full control over the quality of its wines. The bottling year may not match the image presented.
