For more than two centuries, the name Dow's has been regarded as one of the finest names in Port wine. Throughout the twentieth and twenty-first centuries, the Symington family generations have worked the Quinta do Bomfim and Quinta da Senhora da Ribeira, creating from these vineyards wines that are superbly concentrated, intense, and tannic when young; with age, elegance and perfume emerge, showing aromas of violet and mint.
