Throughout the 20th and 21st centuries, the Symington generations have worked at Quinta do Bomfim and Quinta da Senhora da Ribeira, creating from these vineyards wines that are superbly concentrated, intense, and tannic when young, and with aging they gain elegance and perfume with violet and mint aromas.
