Thus, in the fifth generation, Dirk Niepoort was born—an indomitable wine producer, acknowledged as one of the most influential figures working for the benefit of Portuguese wine. He has collaborated with dozens of producers, helping them improve their wines and understand their vineyards, while also building his own legacy with those who continually create bold, unconventional wines.
