The Herdade da Malhadinha Nova represents an ambitious and innovative project by the Soares family, which has transformed a patch of Alentejo land into one of the region’s most beautiful and charismatic estates. Located in Albernoa and now spanning 80 hectares of vineyards, it is here that wines brimming with personality are made, their labels inspired by the children’s drawings of the family’s descendants. In addition to its focus on vines and wine, the estate is also cultivated with olive trees for olive oil production, and offers rural and enotourism activities.
