This Dão Reserva, a collaboration between 3UNI and Fita Azul, certainly lives up to the hype. Initially, you’re greeted with ripe red fruit aromas, beautifully layered with hints of spice and a touch of leather – a classic combination thanks to the Touriga Nacional and Dão grapes. Decanter awarded it a remarkable 93 points, and the lingering finish and impressive intensity clearly justify the acclaim. It’s a fantastic match for grilled beef or a hearty wild boar stew, really.
