This Ramisco Blanc de Noir from Serras de Grândola is a passionate tribute to the Setúbal coast. Born from a vineyard established in 1961, it’s soaked up the Atlantic breezes, resulting in a strikingly mineral character you can almost feel. Red berry and green apple notes playfully mingle with a refreshing vibrancy, quite remarkable considering its 150-metre elevation. It’s a beautiful homage to a terroir rich in schist and iron, with a family history interwoven with the whispers of the sea – absolutely delicious with a grilled fish and a squeeze of lemon.
