The secret of this apotheotic monovarietal lies in the altitude at which the vineyards, from which the grapes of one of Spain’s finest Syrahs are sourced, are situated: more than 800 metres, in a watershed surrounded by pine trees that shield them from the wind, giving rise to a high concentration of sugars and a perfect ripening.
