Acoustic Rosat comes from the wisdom of the old native Garnacha vines and the ancient tradition of Montsant’s elder farmers. Its name – “acoustic” in Catalan – celebrates the roots and value of traditional culture against the “globalisation” of contemporary wines, rife with artifices and technology, according to the cellar itself. A rosé with an alluring onion‑skin hue, refined and elegant, that conveys the house wines’ character in full naturalness.
