Alpedrinha branco is made from Syrah, Arinto and Fonte Cal grapes, and after a minimum of five months in oak barrels sourced from the Caucasus, it displays a yellow‑citrus hue, a tropical aroma with faint vanilla notes. On the palate it feels fresh, full and mineral. Adega do Fundão was founded in 1949 by thirty growers from the Beira Interior and is located in Cova da Beira, a vine‑growing area dating back to the 2nd century Roman settlements. The vines are planted along the Serra da Gardunha, producing grapes that give the wines unmatched richness, freshness and exuberance.
