Adegamãe – Lisbon Regional Wine. For the Adegamãe Yellow Lot, we hand‑harvested the grapes and applied a gentle press. The wine then underwent 48 hours of static cold decantation. Eighty percent of the batch was fermented in concrete “eggs” and aged in those eggs on fine lees for ten months, while the remaining portion was fermented and matured in 400‑liter French oak barrels.
