The ideal Verdejo, according to Viñedos Singulares. Luis and Carlos Barrero travelled to various sites in the Rueda DO to find the right vineyards and produce this white. They found them in different villages in Segovia, and after careful processing, presented a monovarietal that is fresh, fruity and engaging. Produced after a late harvest from centuries‑old vines situated at about 900 metres above sea level on plots in Santiuste or Nava de la Asunción. A tasty and fresh character, with an aromatic impact of tropical fruit and a long, engaging finish. Presented in a 1.5‑litre format.
