This Lourinhã X.O. Doçã is a delightfully mischievous little Serra creation – a liqueur that dares you to make sense of its intensely concentrated sweetness. Crafted from Bordelese grapes, primarily Touriga Nacional and Cabernet Sauvignon, nurtured on the unique terroir of Lourinhã, it’s a beautiful tribute to the region’s viticultural heritage. Remarkably, it snagged gold at the “Distinção de Loureiro” competition, proving that sweetness can, occasionally, be astonishingly refined. Perfect with a wedge of Serra da Estrela cheese or a warm pumpkin dessert spiced with cinnamon.
