“Born in the Lisboa region, this Al Lince rosé certainly doesn’t rush into things. The winemaking – a complete délestage and gentle pressing – suggests a rather understated approach. Fermented at controlled temperatures of 15-16°C in stainless steel tanks, it promises an elegant and fresh wine, showcasing the good character of Touriga Nacional and the persistent notes of Trincadeira. It’s a lovely accompaniment to grilled fish or a simple tomato and basil salad – though, if you’re feeling adventurous, let it develop a little more personality!”
