Description

The bottles of older wines may show traces of dust and damaged labels, as expected for their age. The National Winery takes care to store all wines at the correct temperature and humidity, but always chooses to preserve the visual appearance that reflects their age. We carry out a selection of brands/regions that, in general, reveal distinct characteristics in tastings of vintage wines. However, we inform that wine is a living organism that, even while sealed in a bottle, is subject to different evolutions over time. Therefore, the National Winery cannot be held responsible for the product’s quality, as it is an old wine. Our recommendation is to open the bottle and let the wine aerate first, which will help release its natural aromas after so many years of closure. If you choose to decant the wine before serving, be sure to do so patiently to detect the appearance of sediment that, as is typical, a mature wine tends to develop. (Illustrative image)
