Albert Bichot Origin: Chablis Montée de Tonnerre is located in the Yonne department of Burgundy. The vineyard “Montée de Tonnerre” sits on the right bank of the Serein River, in the commune of Chablis, at Domaine Long‑Depaquit. Its subsoil purity is comparable to that of its prestigious neighbour, Grand Cru “Les Blanchots”. Fermentation occurs in 4‑to‑5‑year‑old oak barrels (100 % oak).
