This Alsatian Crémant blends predominantly Pinot Blanc with 15% Auxerrois and 15% Riesling, each bringing its unique character to the mix. The grapes hail from clay-chalky soils in Kientzheim and Wettolsheim, benefitting from a dry, sun-drenched climate. Grown biodynamically, they were meticulously cared for in the cellar. The result is a wine with a pale colour and fine bubbles, boasting aromas of white flowers, William apple and pear. On the palate, it’s full-bodied and vibrant, with a harmonious structure and notes of yellow stone fruit, finishing with a fresh, lively character – perfect alongside shellfish or a flambeed tart.
