Description

This is the estate’s first entry-level wine, tasked with setting a high standard – and it succeeds admirably. This cuvée draws from the estate’s best non-Grand Cru vineyards, planted on clay-calcareous and gravel soils. The 2021 Cuvée Albert is a more assertive and deeply flavored Riesling than the Cuvée Domaine, exhibiting pronounced citrus and tangerine zest aromas alongside abundant floral notes. A fine, smoky minerality adds complexity, while the palate is remarkably balanced, presenting a taut and refreshing wine with a long, mineral finish.
