**Aliança Danúbio** Uniting the freshness and elegance of Bical, Cercial, Arinto and Maria Gomes with the complexity and persistence of a Baga‑based white wine, this precious blend is crafted with respect for the classic process. The result is a sparkling wine with fine bubbles, fruity aromas and balanced acidity. The wine spends nine months in bottle before disgorgement. **Tasting notes** Pale citrine colour. An intensely fruity nose dominated by exotic fruit notes of mango and passionfruit. On the palate it is persistent, smooth, with a slightly acidic finish that imparts great freshness. **Food pairing** Ideal for convivial moments and as an aperitif, or as an accompaniment to a variety of fish or meat dishes. **Awards** 80 points in *O Escanção* magazine, Nov/Dec 2011. **Allergens** Contains sulfites.
