Produced just a few metres from the sea, in a place that has been almost entirely submerged for decades, this wine is crafted on lees that were subjected to regular racking, giving it density and body despite being vinified in concrete tanks. A very fresh and juicy white, ideal with fish such as the virrey or red pomfret. Spectacular.
