Harvest sparkling wine made from the first grape variety used to produce a cava—Mataró (Monastrell). Alta Alella sought to return to its origins with this refined rosé. Produced from organic agriculture, crafted by the traditional method and aged for a minimum of three years, its name derives from Mireia and Georgina, daughters of Josep María Pujol‑Busquets, the company’s owner. Complex, flavorful, with good acidity, light and fresh, and a long finish.
