Grown at an impressive 600 metres, it’s evident in its refreshing vibrancy and mineral character – as recognised by Grandes Escolhas with a remarkable 16.5 points. Fermented with Fernão Pires and Verdelho, it boasts a satisfying structure, but it’s the brilliant acidity that really makes it stand out. A long, lingering finish suggests it would pair beautifully with grilled seafood and a generous helping of arroz de marisco.
