This Syrah, rooted in the challenging heights of Serra de São Mamede, clearly spent a long time chatting with the earth. That altitude – a generous 600 metres – really translates into a powerful presence on the palate, with noticeable robustness and a welcome touch of acidity. It's a fantastic match for game meats, particularly a slow-roasted boar, and beautifully showcases the unique character of its terroir.
