Clear and bright appearance, deep red colour with violet tints and crimson reflections. In the glass the “lagrima” is felt—fluid and lively. The nose, with great aromatic complexity, hints at balm, cedar and mint, wrapped in sweet licorice notes. An extremely elegant ensemble that highlights black cherry, blueberry and wild blackberry. On the palate it is a wine of great balance, intensity and concentration. Very stratified, it reveals nuances of candied forest fruit, white spice and dark chocolate. A structured orchestra of fine, juicy tannins, in harmony with a silky, highly sophisticated texture. It fades long, deep and wistful—a tribute to Amália Rodrigues and the charismatic spirit of Portuguese wine.
