This Sparr Riesling, from Altenbourg, clearly believes in the art of good taste – it’s a wine that demands a thought about smoked salmon, or perhaps a lovely coleslaw. Awarded silver at the Wine & Spirit Awards 2018, the producer isn't one for settling for less, and the citrus and floral complexity is certainly worthy of recognition. A refreshingly intelligent choice for those who appreciate a wine with a distinct personality.
