This Crémant de Bourgogne is the house’s flagship wine, made from the four most emblematic grape varieties in the region, some of which are uncommon, such as Aligoté and Gamay. With a fine, persistent bubble, it stands out for its white fruit notes (particularly pear and apple), mineral undertone, and elegant hints of cakes and pastries thanks to its lees contact. It’s a touch more complex and refined than the house’s Blanc de Blancs Brut, yet it shares a more-than‑magnificent quality‑price ratio.
