Description

A dry white wine of artisanal character that reflects the winemaker’s perfectionism, Andreas Bender. Made exclusively from the Pinot Blanc grape (known in Germany as Weissburgunder), his philosophy rests on respecting the vineyard’s natural rhythm and the details of the vinification process, employing a mixed maturation both in barrels and stainless‑steel tanks. Eminently mineral with well‑integrated acidity, it is an elegant, authentic, and very pleasant white, ideal to enjoy on its own or paired with sushi or spicy Asian dishes.
