This “Aparte Integraal” red wine comes from a single, 500-litre oak barrel. The grapes were hand-harvested – a truly inaugural vintage. It’s a Cabernet Sauvignon that’s never been replicated, employing both carbonic maceration and extended skin contact, and aged for 30 months in used French oak barrels. Remarkably, only 650 unique bottles were produced, each adorned with a one-of-a-kind ceramic label created and hand-painted by Paulo Rocha of Azulcer Azulejos.
