This Aphros Yakkos is a Vinho Verde sparkling wine that’s clearly taken a long nap – a full 67 months spent sur lie. It’s a lovely blend incorporating the signature freshness of Vinhão, and the traditional “passo do pé” method, undoubtedly fuelled by plenty of chats and dedication. The result is a remarkably persistent wine, ideal for pairing with grilled fish or a delicious *petisco*.
