Carefully selected grapes, rigorously sorted, are gently destemmed and pressed, perfectly respecting the demands of the varietal. Fermentation in stainless steel, precisely monitored, ensures the Alentejo’s unique terroir and the Arinto grape’s robust character are beautifully preserved. Delicious with grilled fish or fresh oysters, naturally.
