This Arinto from Peceguina is a wine clearly born of meticulous attention – quite frankly, a touch obsessive. The hand-harvest, done before dawn in 12kg crates, speaks volumes about their commitment to quality. Carefully selected grapes, rigorously sorted, are gently destemmed and pressed, perfectly respecting the demands of the varietal. Fermentation in stainless steel, precisely monitored, ensures the Alentejo’s unique terroir and the Arinto grape’s robust character are beautifully preserved. Delicious with grilled fish or fresh oysters, naturally.
