This Arrepiado, hailing from the Alentejo, feels like it’s stepped straight out of a fairytale – a beautiful blend of Syrah, Petit Verdot, Touriga Nacional and Cabernet Sauvignon. The nose reveals a striking floral intensity, wonderfully juxtaposed with the promise of deeply ripe black fruit. On the palate, it’s a full-bodied and intensely rich experience, softened by remarkably smooth tannins, like a gentle caress, and finishing with a persistence that practically begs you to linger. We’d suggest pairing this with a hearty roast or a perfectly cooked ribeye.
