This Artadi wine clearly had a good chat with its Grenache grapes – a long, cold maceration really lets the red fruit flavours shine through. The winemaker’s insistence on using tops during fermentation suggests a bold approach, resulting in a complex wine that’s definitely worth enjoying with a good cigar and some sheep’s cheese.
