Grown at astonishingly high altitudes, on soils that demand careful consideration before you take a sip, this wine requires a little patience, but the reward is well worth it. The hand-picked Viura grapes undergo a 30-night maturation in oak barrels, followed by a two-year period in stainless steel tanks to refine their flavour.
