This Arvad Negra Mole de Noirs from the Algarve presents a colour that immediately hints at its intense character. The palate is surprisingly mineral and dense, with a texture that demands a lingering finish, almost as if the very Alentejo stone itself is present. Wonderful with grilled fish or red-sauce laden meat dishes.
