Description

In Maori, “Te Wā” means time and place, two of the factors that contribute to this aromatic expression of the white Sauvignon. The cool wind that prevails in southern Martinborough during spring leaves its influence on the development of the clusters, which become looser, lighter and yield less. Moreover, the gravel soils where the vines grow reduce their vigor, making maturation slower and more prolonged, thereby giving the grapes a deeper flavour.
