Trois Preserving our history should be as essential as any other obligation. Ancestral knowledge, grounded in the empirical wisdom of generations, offers us a richer future if we know how to preserve and interpret it. For many long years, the ancient lands of the Sado have been known for their winemaking vocation. It is south of this river that a new terroir of the region is taking shape. With the Serra de Grândola on one side and the ocean on the other, the grapes that gave rise to this wine were born. We sense the minerality carried down from the mountains, the freshness of its cool nights, and the salinity of the sea breeze. If we could only hear it... we would surely hear the sound of the ocean waves. Hand-harvested grapes; fermented in stainless steel with temperature control. Aged for 12 months in extra-fine grain French oak barrels. Residual sugar: 2 g/L Awards 19/20, Revista Grandes Escolhas Allergen Information Contains sulfites. SKU: 106948
