Born from the volcanic slopes of Madeira, this Atlantis is a fascinating study in contrasts – the robustness of the Tinta Negra grapes meeting the Atlantic’s characteristic sweetness. Grown on the distinctive “poios,” these south-facing terraces, the wine develops a truly singular character. A brief maturation in 225-litre French oak adds a subtle layer of complexity without sacrificing the wine’s vibrant acidity and citrus notes, a combination that earned it a remarkable 16.5 points at the Grandes Escolhas. Absolutely divine with grilled fish or seafood.
