Atlantis Tinto

Description

Atlantis Red Wine is a red wine made from predominately Tinta Negra grapes, sourced from terraced vineyards (known locally as “poios”) using trellis and espalier systems. These plots on Madeira are exposed to strong sun, ocean breeze, and Atlantic winds, which lend the wine a distinct sense of place. The vineyard work and harvest are done entirely by hand, ensuring quality at every stage. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 6 months in 225-liter French oak barrels, which adds structure and subtle oak character.
