Áurea Minera is one of the wines produced in Bela, the avant‑garde project that CVNE develops in the Ribera del Duero. It is crafted exclusively from Tinta del País (Tempranillo) grapes grown on the “Las Casqueras” plot, nearly a thousand metres above sea level, where vines are over 50 years old. A quirky detail is that its label is a replica of a 1910 CVNE label, whose stars commemorate the three children of CVNE’s founder, Eusebio Real de Asúa. The wine stands out for its complexity, pronounced tannins and an enveloping bouquet that offers floral tones and hints of sweet fruit. It is also suitable for vegans.
