This producer clearly felt life was getting a bit much, so they bottled pure essence – a brilliant move! The Herdade do Portocarro’s 2017 Arinto is a seriously focused wine, a true reflection of its Setúbal origins. Expect a zesty acidity and bright citrus notes; it’d be fantastic with grilled fish and a squeeze of lemon, or perhaps a classic paio with potatoes.
