This exclusive new release from Ayala promises to become legendary. A perfect expression of the house’s savoir-faire, the fleeting cuvée N°14 is made from the five emblematic Grands Crus (Aÿ, Chouilly, Cramant, Le Mesnil‑sur‑Oger, and Verzy) that form the basis of the house’s vineyard holdings. Caroline Latrive sought to blend the crus in equal proportions, exclusively from the 2014 harvest, and for the first time in a rosé version. Production is very limited and numbered.
