Extra Virgin Olive Oil produced from the Cobrançosa, Verdeal Transmontana and Madural olive varieties, sourced from the estate’s own olive grove and influenced by the Duriense climate. It offers fruity aromas on the nose and a fresh, slightly spicy palate. Quinta do Monte São Sebastião, located in Murça, spans about 7 ha, of which 4 ha are vineyards and the rest are devoted to secondary activities such as orchards, almond trees and an olive grove. Today the estate not only continues its agricultural and wine‑making ventures but also hosts a hotel that blends seamlessly into the estate’s picturesque scenery.
