Barbeito Este Boal 1978 was first bottled in 2001. Until 2008 it was aged in barrels, after which all the wine was transferred to 60‑liter casks. By moving the wine to casks and keeping it there to this day, we aimed to prevent excessive concentration, preserving the balance between acidity and sugar that we consider ideal in this wine. It was aged in French oak barrels by natural stand‑by process. 618 bottles of 750 ml were bottled, all individually numbered. Allergen information: Contains sulfites.
