After pressing, malolactic fermentation takes place in a stainless‑steel tank. Stage | The wine spends 16 months in French oak barrels, during which only one racking occurs immediately after malolactic fermentation, forming the final batch. After bottling, it ages at least another 14 months in bottles under controlled temperatures before release. Allergen information Contains sulfites.
