Bastardô! The Bastardô! Premium Edition is made entirely from Old Vines. Winemaking: A selection of the finest grapes, with an average vine age of approximately 70 years. Each variety is harvested separately, then destemmed, crushed, and alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and small marble lagares, under temperature control. The wine is pressed, followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Ageing: The wine is aged for 16 months in French oak barrels. Only one racking is carried out, immediately after malolactic fermentation, and the final blend is assembled during this period. After bottling, the wine undergoes at least a further 14 months of bottle ageing at controlled temperatures before release. Allergen information: Contains sulphites. SKU: 106066
