This Bela Luz is a seriously evocative white – it’s like a little trip straight to the Cima Corgo, where the old vines and the *Thymus mastichina* grape variety really captured Rocim’s imagination. The winemaking, with a mix of 500L French oak barrels and terracotta amphorae, creates a wonderfully surprising level of complexity. Absolutely perfect with grilled fish and herbs, or a simple salad of tomatoes and basil – a really refreshing combination.
