Born on the exceptional Quinta de Bella – a place of granite sands and a cool Dão River influence – this Bella Élégance Sauvignon Blanc is a seriously focused wine. Producing just 7,000 vines per hectare, it’s a deliberate restraint that amplifies the concentrated flavours and mineral structure, reminiscent of those ‘Nobre Granite’ soils. Absolutely perfect with grilled white fish, like sea bass, to really let the minerality sing.
